Cross the Seams Baseball & Softball Training is a Spiritual, Physical, and Technical training system to help develop and enhance the baseball & softball experience for each and every player, regardless of skill level. Each instructor goes through several levels of training to become qualified to teach a consistent systematic approach to help each player progress to a higher level. CTS is about the system, not the instructor. CTS also puts a focus on each player's personal growth with follow-up & homework. Our mission is to teach the "why's" & not the "why not's". Each player becomes independent enough with the knowledge to make adjustments on their own.

Hi, I am Todd Stinson the founder of Cross The Seams. The "System" is a proven, progressive, curriculum-based training program designed for baseball and softball players of all ages and experience levels. This unique approach develops more than just physical skills; it also strengthens the Spiritual, Physical and Technical aspects of player development. My mission is to help shape students into well-rounded players, but most of all, help the youth of our world become stronger in their faith & continue to search for the truth.

Important: Note: In order to participate in the Cross The Seams Training System, all players are required to have a CTS Membership, separate and apart from the lesson packages offered by the instructors. This allows CTS licensed instructors to oversee player participation and development. If a CTS member decides to discontinue their training, the membership fee will be canceled the following month. Players must notify their instructor, who will then notify the CTS Director of this cancellation.

Why I became an instructor
I have realized the most important thing to do with the time I have on earth is to teach. I am very fortunate to work with many parents, players & instructors looking for knowledge & truth through the games of a baseball & softball. God has blessed me with a system to do so Spiritually, Physically & Technically.
For 45+ years I have been working with baseball, softball players & instructors. I had the awesome opportunity to have learned from the best teachers, both in sports and in life. Through God's blessings I have assembled The CTS System. My goal is to continue to train players & equip instructors, so we may continue teaching and training the youth of tomorrow - in sports and in life!

Frequently Asked Questions from Parents and Players:
Yes. If you choose to continue the CTS Training Program after completing your free evaluation session, you must be a CTS Member in order to book future training sessions with a licensed CTS Instructor.
If a CTS Member decides to discontinue their training, the membership fee will be canceled the following month. Players must notify their instructor, who will then notify the CTS Director of this cancellation.
Click on Member Login. After logging in, you will be able to find Programs. Click on Available Programs and the CTS Homework App videos will appear.
All players must schedule and complete their initial evaluation. If you choose to continue training, you will need to purchase the CTS Membership to have access to a licensed CTS Instructor. Click on Member Login, find Sessions, click Available, and Book Now. Select a Day & Time. Complete the Check-Out process.
